multi-day bike tours begin on the picturesque
waterfront of Loreto, and then turns inland
through low foothills to the dramatic spine
of the central desert mountains. With the volcanic
landmark, Las Parras peak, on the horizon, rugged
roads wind toward a great adventure.

The best of both worlds as we explore the beautiful
Baja backroads by mountain bike, and paddle
to stunning coastal coves on day trips. Snorkeling,
wildlife viewing, and great paddling and camping
by the sea. Plus a great mountain bike experience
riding to palm-lined Oases and overnight in
the quaint and traditional village of San Javier.
Pedaling South offers vehicle supported guided
treks for all riding skill levels. Use one of
our Novara mountain bikes - or bring your own
bike. Local bilingual trip leaders will direct
you along their favorite routes as you ride
at your own speed on the varied terrains. The
support vehicle follows discretely, setting
up rest stops in key places throughout the day.
Beginning riders, or anyone, may choose to hop
in the vehicle whenever desired. Often camps
will be made in the desert outback or near palm
oasis springs. Though tents are provided you
may want sleep under star studded skies.
